Season & conditions
For reference- Seasonal access
- No info yet
- Passes & permits
- NPS entrance fee/pass (park-wide); wilderness permit required for all overnight trips; Permit: Yes
- Trail status
- Expect to encounter brushy, overgrown sections of trail and areas of very narrow trail tread, espcially between Kimta Peak and Lake Beauty. Hikers should expect to travel much slower through this section due to route finding and areas of very narrow or non existent trail tread. Budgeting more time for travel through this section is highly recommend (NPS, updated 9/29/26)

- Temporary bridge at MP14 North Shore Rd removed 10/22/26: Graves Creek TH only via South Shore Rd; North Fork TH only via North Shore Rd (NPS)
